Proposed Standard Licensing Model

The proposed standard AFK™ Resort model is a license equal to 3% of hotel gross revenue, subject to a property-specific written agreement defining scope, programming, reporting, term, intellectual property rights and other commercial terms.

The hotel remains independently owned and operated while AFK™ Resort focuses on licensed concepts, entertainment programming, robotics experiences, promotional collaboration and agreed activation support.
