Two Branding Options

A new identity—or an endorsement of your existing name.

Full Brand Conversion

AFK Robot Hotel™ Kissimmee

Adopt the AFK™ identity in approved property signage, online listings and guest communications. Location names are illustrative; no operating property is represented by these examples.

Preserve Your Property Name

Your Existing Property Name
An AFK Robot Hotel™

Retain your established local identity while adding an approved AFK™ endorsement below the name on your marquee and other guest-facing materials.

The property remains independently owned and operated. Owners with an existing chain affiliation must obtain any necessary approvals before adding or changing branding.

Proposed Qualification Standard

Real robot services guests can use.

The proposed minimum is functioning robot-assisted check-in plus at least one additional approved robot service. Final qualification follows a property assessment, installation and acceptance checks.

01

Robot-Assisted Front Desk Check-In — Required

A working check-in robot or approved robotic reception system integrated with the relevant booking and room-access systems. Human help remains available for exceptions. A talking display or decorative robot alone does not satisfy this requirement.

02

Humanoid Lobby Greeting — Optional

A guest-facing humanoid can welcome visitors, answer approved questions and introduce property amenities and local attractions. An operational greeting service may qualify as the additional approved service.

03

Robot Monitoring — Where Suitable

Robot dogs or approved wheeled patrol robots can support observation and alerts around suitable grounds, yards and surrounding areas. Deployment requires site assessment and human escalation; robots do not replace emergency response or guarantee security.

04

Food and Guest-Item Delivery — Where Routes Permit

Delivery robots can carry take-out food and approved guest items along suitable routes. Stairs, thresholds, elevators, weather exposure and room-access arrangements are assessed before deployment.

Monitoring and delivery are included where technically suitable in the approved property plan. The appropriate number of robots depends on the property. Services must be maintained in working condition, with a human fallback during outages.

Commercial Model

Owner-funded deployment. Ongoing AFK™ brand support.

2%

Of Monthly Gross Revenue, Paid Monthly

The proposed licensing fee is 2% of the property's monthly gross revenue, payable monthly. The written agreement defines gross revenue, exclusions, reporting, payment dates, licensed rights and the term.

The Property Owner Funds

  • Required robots, equipment and approved system integrations.
  • Installation, connectivity, software subscriptions and staff training costs.
  • Maintenance, repairs, insurance and ongoing operating expenses.
  • Approved marquee changes, signage and other branding implementation.

AFK™ Provides Under the Agreed Program

  • Approved brand rights and guidance for property identification.
  • Global AFK™ brand marketing to build awareness and support booking demand for participating properties.
  • Property promotion through agreed AFK™ digital channels and campaigns.
  • Coordination of property assessment and appropriate robot sourcing and deployment support.

Marketing scope, channels, launch timing and support responsibilities are defined in the property agreement. Equipment and deployment expenses are separate from the licensing fee. Occupancy, cost savings and revenue results are not guaranteed.

Additional Opportunities

Events where the property and economics support them.

Suitable properties may be considered for ticketed robot performances, themed weekends or World Robot Music Festival programming. Events are optional and subject to available space, local requirements, audience demand and a viable production budget.

Event frequency, venue costs, production expenses, ticketing and revenue arrangements require a separate written agreement. Large performances are not a condition of brand qualification or automatically included in the monthly licensing fee.

Start With Your Property

Explore an AFK™ conversion.

Share the property name, location, room count, current brand affiliation, reception arrangements and photographs of the grounds and delivery routes. We can assess a practical deployment and branding plan.

Robot sourcing and deployment coordination can be supported through InvestorsAlly Robotics Systems Limited (IARSL), subject to availability, applicable requirements and technical suitability.

This is a proposed program for discussion. Brand use begins only after approval and execution of applicable agreements. Final commercial terms and any required disclosures are determined before contracting.
