THE COMMERCIAL MODEL

A Hospitality License Built Around the Property.

Proposed Standard Licensing Model

The proposed standard AFK Resort model is a license equal to 3% of hotel gross revenue, subject to a property-specific written agreement.

The final agreement defines the licensed concepts, intellectual property, programming scope, activation support, reporting, term, implementation responsibilities and other commercial terms applicable to that property.
